Meditation for DUMMIES

Rule 1 of Meditation club: Sit, stand or lie comfortably anywhere that's good for you on your own
Rule 2 of Meditation club: Play music that does it for you (this is really important- it's crucial that you use your intuition for this)

Rule 3 of Meditation club: Empty your head of all thoughts ( takes time - a lot of time so practice makes perfect!!) Try this for a minute or so to start with and then go about your daily routine. Build the period of time up gently so that you aim for about 5 minutes in total.

That's it - once you achieve this you've made it to first base!
